i can't help it

i love this band.
WHERE THE STREETS HAVE NO NAME
So i just read last night about U2's 2001 concert at Slane Castle outside of Dublin. This is the second of two dates they played.
The morning of the first date, Bono's father died. They continued with the concert and filmed it, but the energy of the second one was so different, they didn't use the footage from the first. Still, this concert was only two weeks later. If you know the song well, you'll pick up on the lyric changes. In the context of what had just happened, it's rather moving.
And look at that audience! Arms raised, singing in unison, giving praise to these artists by whom they are awed. It's pretty incredible. And that's just for four muddy men. Imagine what it'll be for the One who made them.
